ALPHA+ operates exclusively as a provider of research chemicals. We do not maintain licensing as a pharmacy, drug establishment, or natural health product site licence holder under the Food and Drugs Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. F-27) and its regulations.

5. Payment & Orders
Payment is accepted via Interac e-transfer only. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. ALPHA+ reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and will issue a full refund if an order is cancelled prior to shipment.

7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error in your shipment, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.

ALPHA+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
