Shipping Rates

Shipping is a flat rate per order — not per item. Ordering multiple peptide vials ships for the same $15 as a single vial. If your order contains a 3D printed case, the $25 rate applies to the whole order. Kit orders always ship free regardless of what else is in the order.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed after 12PM PST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Method

All orders ship via Canada Post tracked shipping from Burnaby, British Columbia. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your order at canadapost.ca.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days across Canada once shipped. Remote locations and rural addresses may take additional time. These are estimates — Canada Post delivery times are not guaranteed.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no reference to ALPHA+ or the nature of the contents on the outside of the package. Vials are packed securely to prevent breakage in transit.

Domestic Only

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship internationally or across the US border at this time.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Include photos of any damage. We will assess each situation individually and work to resolve it.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. ALPHA+ is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
